Philosophy
I believe we all need support at some time in our lives. Relationships are the place in which problems AND support emanate from. We live in a world in which we think, feel, and behave in multiple contexts and with other people. These dynamics cannot NOT influence us in our everyday lives.

My life experience and formal training has given me the tools and insight to assist others who are facing challenges in their lives. I have learned that from adversity positive outcomes can occur and that we all are capable of learning and changing. Through self-examination and making personal changes, we can influence our lives in a positive way and enhance our relationships beyond what we thought they could ever be.
