Payment Terms
Payment is due at time of Service. I can accept cash, credit card or checks.
You can also pay online (see sidebar at left). I am unable to accept insurance
and will be happy to provide you a receipt for services rendered so you may
receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
Cancellations
If a scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment
a $30 fee will be assessed for the time I have reserved for you.
The full fee will be assessed for no shows.
